American shooters are to hung up on gadgetry. Makes no difference if it is Olympians or otherwise…they all think they need some kind gadget or gizmo to make them better shooters.

The ‘adjustable iris’ will make a shooter better, since it ‘stretches out’ the field-of-view keeping the front sight and target in better focus combined…
Meh…The Olympics lost all of it’s luster when they started allowing Professional athletes to compete. This is the most attention I have paid to it in years.
